Rena and Raven

These two pictures were sent to a Game Fanart Competition held by Netmarble. I sent my two pictures but it seems that those two pictures weren't picked out as the winners. http://forum.netmarble.co.id/ForumPostListView.asp?fid=37&tid=4446&st=1&pg=2&ipg=1&kwd=&sop=1&tm=3&pid=#.UsuMv_QW3ic

Both of these characters were based of from Elsword (game tittle)

Its been a year,...

25th of December 2012 was both the date of Christ's coming and also the date when I got my graphic tablet. As a complete traditional artist back then, I had no experience what so ever on digital media. And so it's been more than a year since I trained on digital media, as you can see here are some 'progress' pictures that I compiled together.

The 2 pictures represent the first picture I have drawn using the tablet and the latest one of 2013.

This one is related to the progress I made when drawing the same character using the same media and pose.

Sparking Surabaya Festival Band Competition

Just now I've joined a Band competition along with my band, Aileen and The Green Tea Latte. Since I joined, I've become one of the guitarists who uses a Cort X-6 electric guitar. At that time, it was basically our first competition together, we didn't had the slightest idea what it feels like to be in one. To our surprise we didn't froze out on stage, or wanting to play the song as fast as possible so that we can get off the stage. We actually enjoyed the performance, our first stage performance ever.

Here is the video, enjoy:

Pen Art

Lately I wanted to try something a bit different from my usual traditional art habit, which is to draw using automatic pencils or wooden pencils. At first, I wanted to try it out with my gel pen, which worked out pretty well considering that the pen can't create fine edges.

This piece was also edited in photoshop [contrast + 200] [brightness -45]
First drawing using a drawing pen, a drawing of my own original character
Second picture using a drawing pen, a drawing of a 'survivor' based on a game called Survarium
WIP of my latest pen art, a picture of Emiya Kiritsugu and Saber (King Arturia Pendragon) from the anime Fate/Zero

Mutant Turtle

No its not that TV series on the tittle, but something 'slightly' different. Yes, it is basically a turtle which is larger in size + heavily armored. The thing is about this particular picture is that I did not use any reference. This is just a mere spawn of my own crazy imagination.

Halloween Drawing

Some say that skulls are the most terrifying things that they can imagine. But, is it because of their hideous features, that we tend to avoid them? Not me. I actually like drawing things that has that "gore" or "horror" aspect of things. The details that you have to pay attention are numerous in such an abstract yet coordinated drawing.

Here is one of my drawings of a skull, which was drawn on A4 paper using pencils. I used a picture online as a reference but later on I used my own style when drawing the details, thus not making it 100% the same as the original picture

Welcome!

This is my brand new blog for the Cita Hati scholarship program. Here, I will be posting the things that I have achieved and things related to myself. My old blog didn't seem like an interesting site to visit, so why not start over? With this new one, I hope to make a much nicer design and content along with the new name, etc.

For all you visitors, please enjoy ~
